Super cold & super windy and this jacket pulled through! From waterfalls in super windy areas where my fingers went numb after being outside for a minute trying to take pictures lol, to watching the northern lights at 12am, to whale watching in a boat that was flooring it, to multiple ICE CAVES! This jacket kept us warm!!! The battery for us lasted all day! We would switch from the super hot to the medium temperature throughout the day! It is wind proof and VERY waterproof!       Very well made. I like the placement of all the pockets, and the Velcro patches on The sleeves was a cool touch. Wish it had a detachable hood with a more formal collar. But overall the best bang for your buck.
